2. Educational & Personal License
Teachers, educators, and schools are granted full permission to generate, photocopy, distribute, and print unlimited copies of worksheets and PDF answer keys for classroom and non-commercial educational instruction.
3. User-Generated Custom Puzzles
Our Puzzle Maker empowers users to create custom word searches for family, students, and events. You retain all ownership of the word lists you create. You are solely responsible for ensuring your words and titles do not infringe upon intellectual property rights, harass others, or include unlawful content.
4. Intellectual Property & Curated Puzzles
The layout, visual design, generator algorithms, accessible UI components, and curated editorial puzzle descriptions are the property of WordClover and protected by copyright law. Scraping or bulk programmatic extraction without written consent is prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 100% accuracy and deterministic puzzle generation, we make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
